To submit your abstract, please :

 

  • Download the template available below
  • Login with your personal account
  • Fill the online form
    • Abstract type : select oral presentation or poster
    • Session type : select the desired session
    • Title of your abstract
    • Name of the speaker : full name of the presenting author
    • Abstract text (without the title)
  • Upload your abstract as docx or RTF document in the “upload a file” box at the bottom of the online form and click "Publish"

Be careful :  your abstract will not be sent to the scientific committee until you until you validate it by clicking on the “Submit” button.

 

Additional key points:

  • Once you have published your abstract, you will still be able to edit it  in your personal space ('My space' available in the login Menu on top of the page).
  • Please note that corrections will be required until compliance with the guidelines.
