What is included in my full-access registration (young scientist or regular attendee)?

  • Full access to the Exhibit Hall featuring conference, sponsors, and academic posters on display
  • Conference Abstract Book
  • Access to workshops if you are registered
  • Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Entrance into the Ice Breaker or Mixer on Monday evening and Conference Dinner on Wednesday evening
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday                 

A young scientist is a student (MSc or Ph.D.) or an early-career researcher (below 30 years old).

What is included in my Gala dinner accompanying person registration?

  • Entrance into the Ice Breaker on Monday evening and Conference Dinner on Wednesday evening.

Cancellation Information

If you are unable to attend and need to cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to the organizing committee in order to update the program.

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration fees

  • Early bird fees (until June 30, 2022): 500 €,  including 20% VAT
  • Reduced fees (young scientists under 30 years old): 385 €, including 20%VAT
  • Gala dinner only (for accompanying person): 90 €,  including 20%VAT
  • Regular fees (after June 15, 2022): 625 €, including 20%VAT
